This class dives into an analysis of Anton Chekhov’s THE SEAGULL. We will unearth the circumstances, breathe life into these characters from long ago and find a way to relate to them. We will start by breaking down the script: story events, slogan; intention and motivation and so on. Chosen scenes will be workshopped, and you will have the opportunity to present to the class on the final day.
The aim of the class is to discover and nurture a creative self as a generative artist. Through exercises and prompts, you are urged to discover ways of expression and use the world around you as well as your own experiences as inspiration.
