Participants will be encouraged to find or strengthen their voices as they create their own 10-15 minutes performance. As participants observe, create and perform sections of ideas, they will be guided to explore themes, techniques, and performance styles, guided by research of different ways of storytelling.
The aim is to create an open evening of sharing with a public invited audience.
All levels are encouraged to attend.
Jermaine Rowe’s Broadway credits include THE LION KING and FELA. He recently premiered his solo show TRANSITIONS at the 30th Anniversary of the Spark Theatre Festival in New York City, and his recent role Mlima in Lynn Nottage’s MLIMAS TALE won him the CT Circle Award for Acting (Westport Country Playhouse).
