Josiah Bania is an actor, educator, and playwright. A graduate of the Yale School of Drama, he’s worked at theaters across the country, including Manhattan Theatre Club, Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, Mark Taper Forum, Geffen Playhouse, American Conservatory Theater, Portland Center Stage, Artists Repertory Theater, Dorset Theater Festival, and others.
He teaches Shakespeare and Chekhov in Brooklyn College’s MFA acting program, and has taught at the Yale Summer Conservatory, Williams College, New York Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts, Completely Ridiculous Conservatory, Western Oregon University, in addition to many years of private classes and coaching.
He lives in Brooklyn.
