Teaching Statement:
I approach teaching by creating an inspiring, challenging and nurturing space where students can give themselves permission to examine the process of storytelling. To me, an acting class should serve as a laboratory where we can sharpen our awareness of the choices we make as we undertake the creation of a character. As a working actor for over a decade in New York in tv, film and theater, it is important to me to be able to offer tools that work in practice and not just in theory.
