Robert Grusecki and Anya Turner will be honored with a 2017 Bistro Award for “Outstanding Songwriters” at The Annual  Bistro Awards gala, March 13, Gotham Comedy Club. Discount tickets available thru 2/10. Also, their song “Caitlyn” will be performed by the GenOUT Youth Chorus, February 11, in a concert sponsored by the Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington D.C. At Atlas Performing Arts Center/Lang Theatre.

Arthur French appears in THE SKIN OF OUR TEETH with Theatre for a New Audience. Feb 14 – March 19.

Maria Fontanals has been nominated for an ACE award as Best Comedic Actress 2016 for her role in “Ni tan divas ni tan muertas” by Indira Páez.

Marsha Mason will star in WATCH ON THE RHINE at Arena Stage this winter, directed by Jackie Maxwell. Feb 3 – March 5.

Reed Birney appears in MAN FROM NEBRASKA by Tracy Letts, directed by David Cromer. At Second Stage, January 26 – March 12.

Ted Brunetti will be back in NYC when A BRONX TALE goes to Broadway. Previews began Nov 3.

Frank Wood appears in THE BABYLON LINE, at Lincoln Center. Previews began Nov 10.

Paolina Weber and Annette Benda Fox appear in NORTHBOUND, about two young slaves in 1859 and their desire for life, love and the pursuit of happiness amidst the growing anti-slavery movements. At Theatre for a New City, February 9 – 2.

Almog Pail appears in ME, MYSELF AND RITA at 54 BELOW, April 20. A one woman show written and performed by Almog Pail about Hollywood glamour girl Rita Hayworth’s life and her struggle with early onset Alzheimer’s disease.

Ginger Grace appears in the film FRAT STAR, currently playing online. Written & directed by Grant Johnson, she plays the character “Ginger.”

John Leguizamo’s one-man show LATIN HISTORY FOR MORONS premieres at The Public Theater. Feb 24 – April 23.

Stan Buturla appears in FAMILY BUSINESS at Hudson Guild Theater, Feb 2 – 5.

Sophie Orloff appears in INTRIGUES ET SENTIMENTS, an adaptation of the Marivaux play, The Constant Players.
At The Frick Collection, Salon Evenings. Feb 2 – 4.

John Higgins appears in SYLVIA at Arc Stages (Pleasantville, NY), Feb 3 – 18.

Ellis Vizcarra appears in DARK PLACES on the Investigation Discover Channel as Richard Ramirez, the Night Stalker. To air March, 2017. He also appears in the short film DIFFERENT COLORS, to hit film festivals later in 2017.

Matthew Widman’s HOMELAND SECURITY has been chosen to be part of the Madlab Theatre Company’s 18th Annual Theatre Roulette festival in Columbus, Ohio. Directed by Stephen Woosley,  May 11, 19 and 27 at 8pm. HOMELAND SECURITY premiered as part of the HB Studio Office Plays Festival in 2014.

Frankie Delessio and Hila Ben Gera produce Lama Theater and The Poked Bear’s production CHARLIE’S WAITING. At Under St. Marks Theatre, Jan 26 – Feb 5

Elizabeth Primamore‘s play, THE PROFESSOR AND MICHAEL FIELD, has achieved the status of semifinalist for the Eugene O’Neill’s 2017 National Playwrights Conference.

Kathleen Peirce appears in MAN FROM NEBRASKA by Tracy Letts, directed by David Cromer. At Second Stage, January 26 – March 12.

Paolina Weber appears in NORTHBOUND at Theater For The New City, February 9-26. This is a historical play set in the 1860’s about Slavery in America and the abolitionist movement.

Julia Lederer‘s play WITH LOVE AND A MAJOR ORGAN has been published by Scirocco Drama (J. G. Shillingford Publishing).

John Higgins appears in SYLVIA at Arc Stages in Westchester. Feb 3 – 18.

Juan Pablo di Pace appears in his new cabaret solo show, ACT ONE, at 54 Below. Feb 21 – 22.

Kim Paris appears in INTO THE OUTBREAK, a feature horror film written and directed by Larry Rosen. She also appears in LAST CALL, a dramatic short film she co-produced with writer and director Larry Rosen.

John L Payne appears in MACBETH at Frog and Peach, Jan 19 – Feb 12.

Cynthia Nixon appears alongside Laura Linney in THE LITTLE FOXES, at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre. Performances begin March 29.

Drew Stone appears in TWELFTH NIGHT, Jan 26 – Feb 26, with the Pittsburgh Public Theater.
